Today, Microsoft announced of its latest plan in changing Bing rewards now to Microsoft rewards, which is a platform that will pay you to use the Edge browser and Bing search. Currently Edge browser users who sign up for Microsoft Rewards, which is for now only US-based, would be awarded points simply for just using the browser.
How Is this Possible?
Microsoft would deploy techs that would monitor whether you are using the program for up to 30 hours a month, also you need to use Bing as your default search engine to earn points. This Points can then be traded in for vouchers or credit for places such as Starbucks, Skype, Amazon and ad-free Outlook.com
Considering the situation, if Microsoft would make the Edge browser available to all,, rather than be limited to only Windows 10 users, this would make the numbers triple.
