Recently, you just created a new PayPal account and linked your Banks dollar card (MasterCard or Visa) to enable you make online payments but all of a sudden you told of spending limit by PayPal.
Paypal imposes an initial PayPal sending limit of $250.00 USD on your accounts until you verify your identity and confirm your card with papal, as this will enable you make more payments online and transit your business effectively.
Today I've decided to share the process with you, so you can lift the sending limit of $250.00 USD on your cards.
Confirming your Bank card on PayPal is also similar to verifying your PayPal account. All you need do, is to find PayPal confirmation code in your bank statement or debit alerts and enter it on the verification page at PayPal.com.
Click on "Wallet" and select the card you want to confirm.

Click "confirm credit card" link
New window will open and you will see where to enter the 4 digit code for PayPal verification
Enter the 4 digits code
Once you link and confirm a debit or credit card on PayPal, your account will be Verified and you'll be able to make as many payments as you wish with PayPal.
