Arsenal’s squad will be allowed back to their training ground
This seems like good news coming from Airtel, as far i can remember how times Bharti Airtel has re-branded but today they want to merge with 9mobile the just re-branded Etisalat.
Currently, Nigeria is Barti Airtel Largest market where it generates around 30% of its total revenues and are looking forward to make more money by boosting its Assets in Nigeria hence the need to acquire 9mobile.
Lat weeks had reports that France’s Orange mobile and United Kingdom’s Vodafone had earlier emerged as potential bidders for the newly re-branded mobile network 9mobile originally known as Etisalat.
The two companies were said to be in “strong running” to buy 65 per cent of the telecom comapny.
Vodafone had earlier lost a golden opportunity years back when approached by Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) to buy the then ailing NITEL, but the deal never saw the light of the day.
If Bharti Airtel successfully acquire 9mobile, Airtel will finally overtake Globacom with more powers to compete with the market leader MTN, as we might see better call rates and cheaper data bundles from the competition.
